Need to give your Spanish a boost but don’t have much spare time and have a limited budget? Our Spanish Intensive course is for you. These inexpensive Spanish classes give you the opportunity to practise Spanish with people from all over the world with a similar language level in groups of up to a maximum of 16 students. As with all our courses, the classes are dynamic and practical and are taught by native, qualified teachers who will help you to learn all the necessary grammar, vocabulary and key language functions to equip you with the skills you need in real-life situations in a Spanish-speaking environment.
For the beginner levels (A1 and A1B) you will work with a textbook. For the higher levels, it is not necessary to buy a book, as all material will be supplied by the teacher.
Spanish Intensive courses are 2 hours a day (120 minutes), Monday to Thursday, for 4 weeks. New courses start every month. If you’re coming to Barcelona to take a Trinity Certificate or a Trinity Diploma in TESOL course why not combine it with an Oxford House Spanish course?

Beginner to Advanced. Initially, you will choose your level with the help of our online level test. During the course, your teacher will recommend whether you need to change levels. Bear in mind that, 200 study/contact hours are requested in order to advance one level in the CEFR (Common European Framework).
You may complement your course with activities that allow you to practice Spanish in a relaxed environment where you have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. For example, you can participate in our ”Spanish Experience” events to learn more about the Spanish culture, improving your speaking while visiting interesting places in Barcelona, or by coming to our “Happy Fridays” language exchanges, which are held once a month in different bars throughout the city.
Oxford TEFL, our sister school, offers Trinity Certificate and Diploma TESOL courses. If you’re coming to Barcelona to take one of these courses, you can give yourself a competitive edge in the teaching market by improving your Spanish with an Oxford House Spanish course.
Contact our TESOL coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details on combining courses.
