Purposes: A) Process and manage the registration and services. C) Publication and promotion of organised classes/activities/events through the use and publication of images (photographs and video) taken of the same, on all types of physical and/or digital media, including the notice boards on our premises, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), the web page and on social media (YouTube) and a historical record of the organised activities/events.
Legitimation: A) Execution of contract. B) Legitimate interest of the user. C) Consent to the use and publication of the images for legitimate interests.
Transfers: Only for those necessary for the provision of the service and those legally provided for.
Conservation: A) During the validity of the service and, once it has finished, during the legal conservation period to meet any possible responsibilities. B) Commercial communications: until the student requests their withdrawal. C) Your image will be preserved as long as it is published in the media described and serves the purposes for which it was captured and published.
Rights: You can withdraw your consent at any time, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, blocking, portability and restriction by contacting the controller. In the event of disagreement, a complaint may be made to the Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
