1. Payment: First payment in cash or with card in the school or online. Subsequent payments by direct debit only. Students must provide bank account details at least one week before the start of the second month.

2.Cancellations: If a class is cancelled with more than 24 hours of notice it may be recovered in the same month. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice cannot be recovered. To cancel, send an email to your teacher and a copy to info@oxfordhousebcn.com, indicating available time to make up the class. Make-up classes that are cancelled cannot be rescheduled.

3. Changes or discontinuing classes: If you do not wish to continue with your classes or you wish to change the number of hours/month, you must provide Oxford House with written notice by email at info@oxfordhousebcn.com before the 20th day of the month.
