    Legitimation: A) Execution of contract. B) Legitimate interest of the user. C) Consent to the use and publication of the images for legitimate interests. Transfers: Only for those necessary for the provision of the service and those legally provided for.

     

    Conservation: A) During the validity of the service and, once it has finished, during the legal conservation period to meet any possible responsibilities. B) Commercial communications: until the student requests their withdrawal. C) Your image will be preserved as long as it is published in the media described and serves the purposes for which it was captured and published.

    Rights: You can withdraw your consent at any time, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, blocking, portability and restriction by contacting the controller. In the event of disagreement, a complaint may be made to the Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

    Oxford House Barcelona is the trade name for Oxford TEFL SL language teaching department, with address in Barcelona, c/Diputació 279 Bajos, 08007, Barcelona.     Please read carefully the terms and conditions as they constitute a contract you agree upon registering.

    A) The contracts are personal and non-transferable.

    B) Course payments must be done upon registration and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    C) The school reserves the right to change the group/course/timetable of the student classes to guarantee the completion of the hours required by the educational leave and stated in this document.

    D) The minimum number of students per group in this course is 5. If the minimum number of students in a group is not reached, we reserve the right to close the group at any time. If this happened, we would either offer you to change the timetable/course, if it was possible for you, or issue a refund.

    E) The maximum number of students per group in this course is 12. However, we reserve the right to increase this number, in one person, in case of special circumstances.

    F) This course does not offer the possibility of making up lost classes at other timetables. The student should attend classes on the timetable chosen when signing up.

    G) Requests for timetable or group change will only be possible when there are places available in the desired group and if the change does not affect the dynamic of the class. If this is not possible, refunds will not be allowed for change requests that cannot be fulfilled for the aforementioned reasons.

    H) Oxford House reserves the right to change course teacher in the event of force majeure.

    I) Oxford House has a civil liability insurance policy that covers possible accidents within its centre. Oxford House is not responsible for the loss or theft of students' personal property, for which we recommend you take out your own insurance policy.

    J) Medical: we advise all students to bring health Insurance.
