TIMETABLE

This course does not offer the possibility of making up lost classes at other timetables. The student should attend classes on the timetable chosen when signing up.

CHANGE OF TIMETABLE/GROUP

Requests for timetable or group change will only be possible when there are places available in the desired group and if the change does not affect the dynamic of the class. If this is not possible, refunds will not be allowed for change requests that cannot be fulfilled for the aforementioned reasons.

Subsequent payments: ONLY direct debit. Students completing more than one month of private classes are asked to provide their bank account details at least one week before the start of the second month.
Payments are deducted monthly from the account according to the number of monthly hours contracted when registering.

During the Christmas and Easter periods when the school is closed, staff will contact private students to adjust the number of hours that will be completed and billed during those months.

CLASS CANCELLATION

1. Students may cancel a class with at least 24 hours notice in order to make up the class during the same month. To cancel, students must send an email to their teacher and a copy to info@oxfordhousebcn.com, indicating available times to recuperate this class.
2. Classes that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be made up.
3. Make-up classes that are cancelled cannot be rescheduled and made up.
4. In the case of group classes, if one of the students cannot attend, there will be no possibility of making the class up or having a refund. In the case of wanting to cancel a class, all students must agree to the cancellation and recovery of the class which has to be organized according to the general cancellation conditions.

PRIVATE CLASSES OFF-SITE
1. Off-site classes should be an 1.5 hours minimum.
2. All classes within 20 minutes from the school will be charged at the same hourly rate.

CHANGES OR DISCONTINUING CLASSES

f you do not wish to continue with your classes or you wish to change the number of hours/month, you must provide Oxford House with written notice by email at info@oxfordhousebcn.com before the 20th day of the month.
