FORMAS DE PAGO
Puedes pagar el curso en un pago único antes del inicio del mismo. Estos pagos se realizarán en efectivo, tarjeta, talón nominativo a Oxford TEFL o transferencia.
En el caso de elegir la transferencia bancaria como un método de pago, todos los cargos bancarios que se aplicaran por la misma, correrán a cuenta del/la alumno/a.

PAYMENT METHODS
Students can pay in one payment before the start of the course. Payments can be made by cash, by card, by cheque (made out to Oxford TEFL SL) or by bank transfer.
If a student chooses to make a bank transfer, all bank charges are paid by the student.

REEMBOLSOS
Cuando el/la alumno/a se inscribe a un curso, el importe NO ES REEMBOLSABLE BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA. Sin embargo, si el/la alumno/a avisa de que no podrá realizar el curso ANTES de la fecha de inicio del mismo, el importe abonado por las clases podrá utilizarse ÚNICAMENTE como crédito durante el año escolar en curso, tanto por el propio alumno como por una persona ajena a Oxford House. Asimismo, desde el momento que se reserva la plaza con este crédito, si surgiera cualquier motivo por el cual el/la alumno/a no pudiera comenzar o continuar con las clases, no habrá posibilidad de reutilizarlo en otra ocasión.
En el caso en que el/la alumno/a necesitara una visa de estudiante para realizar el curso y la misma fuera denegada, el mismo deberá enviar a Oxford House prueba oficial del Consulado o Embajada de esta denegación. En este caso, Oxford House devolverá el importe correspondiente por el curso contratado, menos la suma de 150€ por gastos administrativos. No se llevarán a cabo reembolsos por denegación de visa, si no se cuenta con un documento oficial del Consulado o Embajada, explicando los motivos de la denegación.
REIMBURSEMENTS
When the student makes a payment and cannot attend classes, THE AMOUNT IS NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If the student let us know that they cannot attend the course, before its starting date, the credit maybe deferred to another month during the current school year or to another person. When the student defers the credit and resumes classes, there is no possibility of stopping them and deferring this credit once again.
In the event of the denial of a student visa, the student will need to send official proof of this denial issued by the Spanish Consulate (or Embassy). In this case, Oxford House will reimburse the student’s payment minus a 150€ administrative fee. If this document is not received, not reimbursement can be made in the event of a cancellation.

CARTA DE CONSTANCIA
Si el/la alumno/a asiste al 80% del curso, podrá solicitar una carta de constancia en recepción tras la finalización del mismo.
ATTENDANCE LETTER
An attendance letter can be issued to those students that attend at least 80% of the classes. Students can request this letter at reception, at the end of their course.
OFERTAS Y PROMOCIONES
Las ofertas o descuentos que se ofrezcan en determinado período de tiempo establecido por Oxford House, no son acumulables. No se realizarán cambios de precios en las contrataciones que se produzcan antes de una promoción o que por la razón que fuere, no hubieran gozado de un descuento en el momento de la matrícula.
OFFERS AND PROMOS
Oxford House published offers, promos or discounts cannot be accumulated and they run for a fixed period of time. No changes will be made to course prices booked before a promotion.
SEGURO DE RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL
Oxford House cuenta con un seguro de responsabilidad civil que cubra posibles accidentes dentro de sus instalaciones.
CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE
Oxford House has a civil liability insurance policy that covers possible accidents within its centre.
