This affordable English course is intended to give you the opportunity to practice your English and share your class with international students. The course will help you maintain your level of English and improve your fluency when speaking. Our team of English speaking trainee teachers will help you practice a wide range of abilities in a dynamic, participative and comfortable environment.
The classes are offered online or in person and you can choose which of them to sign up for.
No textbook is required for this course, and therefore, you will find yourself taking part in diverse activities aimed at practising different areas of English, not just conversation. You will work on grammar, phonetics, comprehension, reading and communicative abilities to help you improve your overall level.
Oxford House is also an English teacher training centre and we offer this course with teachers in training. In order to obtain the certificate to teach English as a foreign language (Cambridge CELTA) they must teach these classes as part of their training.
The courses last 4 weeks, in the case of Monday to Friday classes, and 7 weeks in the rest of timetables. You can join at any time during the course. Each lesson is independent, so if you can only attend a couple of times a week, you can take advantage of the course as well.

We offer 4 levels: Elementary, Pre Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-intermediate. Initially, you will choose your level with the help of our online level test. During the course, your teacher will recommend whether you need to change levels. Bear in mind that, 200 study/contact hours are requested in order to advance one level in the CEFR (Common European Framework).
Letter of Attendance
Regular attendance is important for our trainee teachers. If you attend 80% of your classes, you can ask us for a letter of attendance specifying the course and level you have completed.
