REEMBOLSOS
Cuando el/la alumno/a se inscribe a un curso, el importe NO ES REEMBOLSABLE BAJO NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA. Si el/la alumno/a avisa de que no podrá realizar el curso ANTES DEL INICIO DEL MISMO, se pospondrá el curso ÚNICAMENTE al mes siguiente para uso propio o de otra persona ajena a Oxford House, y una vez se posponga o se esté consumiendo el crédito no habrá posibilidad de parar la formación y reutilizarlo en otra ocasión.
REIMBURSEMENTS
When the student makes a payment and cannot attend classes, THE AMOUNT IS NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If the student let us know that they cannot attend the course, before its starting date, the credit maybe deferred only to the following month or they may transfer their place to someone else.
NÚMERO MÍNIMO DE ALUMNOS POR GRUPO
El número mínimo de alumnos por grupo en este curso es 8. Si no se alcanzara este mínimo, nos reservamos el derecho a cancelar el grupo en cualquier momento con la correspondiente devolución del importe abonado por el/la alumno/a.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENTS PER GROUP
The minimum number of students per group in this course is 8. If the minimum number of students in a group is not reached, we reserve the right to close the group with the appropriate refund.
NÚMERO MÁXIMO DE ALUMNOS POR GRUPO
El número máximo de alumnos por grupo en este curso es 16.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STUDENTS PER GROUP
The maximum number of students per group in this course is 16.
HORARIO
Este curso se realiza en el horario elegido en el momento de la contratación y no se permite la recuperación de clases en otros horarios si el/la alumno/a no pudiera asistir.
TIMETABLE
This course does not offer the possibility of making up lost classes at other timetables. The student should attend classes on the timetable chosen when signing up.
CAMBIOS DE HORARIO/GRUPO
Los cambios de horario o grupo serán posibles siempre y cuando haya plazas libres en el grupo deseado y que no afecte al número de alumnos requerido para la continuidad del curso. En caso de no haber disponibilidad, no procederá un reembolso por este motivo.
CHANGE OF TIMETABLE/GROUP
Requests for timetable or group change will only be possible when there are places available in the desired group and if the change does not affect the dynamic of the class. If this is not possible, refunds will not be allowed for change requests that cannot be fulfilled for the aforementioned reasons.

Classes that fall on public holidays are not recuperated. Please ask reception or visit our web http://oxfordhousebcn.com/en//calendario/ if you are unaware of the public holidays in Barcelona.

CARTA DE CONSTANCIA
Si el/la alumno/a asiste al 80% del curso, podrá solicitar una carta de constancia en recepción tras la finalización del mismo.
ATTENDANCE LETTER
An attendance letter can be issued to those students that attend at least 80% of the classes. Students can request this letter at reception, at the end of their course.
OFERTAS Y PROMOCIONES
Las ofertas o descuentos que se ofrezcan en determinado período de tiempo establecido por Oxford House, no son acumulables. No se realizarán cambios de precios en las contrataciones que se produzcan antes de una promoción o que por la razón que fuere, no hubieran gozado de un descuento en el momento de la matrícula.
OFFERS AND PROMOS
Oxford House published offers, promos or discounts cannot be accumulated and they run for a fixed period of time. No changes will be made to course prices booked before a promotion.
SEGURO DE RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL
Oxford House cuenta con un seguro de responsabilidad civil que cubra posibles accidentes dentro de sus instalaciones.
CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE
Oxford House has a civil liability insurance policy that covers possible accidents within its centre.
