Coordinated by the Cervantes Institute and the University of Salamanca, the DELE (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera) Spanish as a foreign language diploma certifies the language level of students learning Spanish. The DELE Spanish as a foreign language diplomas are the only language certificates offered by the Ministry of Education of the Kingdom of Spain, and are recognized worldwide by private companies, chambers of commerce as well as public and private school systems. The exams are mainly used for educational and professional purposes.
